Notification of Company Split and Business Succession

We are pleased to announce that, effective from January 1, 2026, Microwave Factory Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, E&C Engineering K.K., will transfer the entire business of E&C Engineering K.K. to Microwave Factory Co., Ltd., in order to achieve further business development and operational efficiency.
